2. Passport
3. Power attorny registered at the notary in case you are not on the island to sign
4. Bank-check of the transaccion in Bolivares + 1 copy
To sell a property on Margarita you will need the following papers:
1. RIF ( registry of tax information )
2. Power attorny registered at the notary in case you are not on the island to sign
3. Passport
4. Letter of confirmation that all bills are paid at the water-plant Hidrocaribe
5. Letter of confirmation that all taxes are paid at the depending district
7. You have to buy the regional stamps for the registry
8. Pay 0,5 % taxes of the selling price if your property is not registered like first living home
